India Removes Security Barriers Outside UK High Commission; Will US Face Similar Action?

  New Delhi:   Three days after the flag at the Indian high commission was removed by protestors, India has removed the security barriers outside the UK high commission and the residence of the British high commissioner in retaliation. O n Sunday , the Indian flag at the High Commission in London was brought down by a pro-Khalistan protestor. India summoned the UK deputy high commissioner to India to lodge a protest and accused the British government of “indifference” to the security of diplomatic premises.On Monday, the Indian high commissioner in the UK Vikram Doraiswami interacted with “concerned Indian community leaders” and appreciated their solidarity following the attack on the High Commission. Indian Navy, Royal Saudi Arabia Navy Prepare For Bilateral Naval Exercise

  Indian Navy Forces, Royal Saudi Naval Forces on Thursday met in Mumbai and gave final touches to preparations for India-Saudi Arabia Naval Exercise 'Al-Mohed-Al Hindi-23' planned for May 2023 in Saudi Arabia's Jubail. The exercise will be the second such Naval Exercise. The first was in August 2021. "A team from Royal Saudi Naval Forces met with the Indian side in Mumbai, giving final touches to the preparations for India-Saudi Arabia Naval Exercise, 'Al-Mohed-Al Hindi-23' planned for May this year off Jubail in Saudi Arabia. This will be the second such Naval Exercise, the 1st one was in Aug 2021," the Indian Embassy in Riyadh tweeted on Thursday. Al-Mohed-Al Hindi is a joint Naval Exercise between India and Saudi Arabia. AIIMS Delhi doctors successfully operate on heart of unborn baby

  Doctors at AIIMS Delhi have successfully performed a risky surgery on the heart of an unborn baby. Called balloon dilation, the procedure was done on a grape-sized baby's heart in the womb. The child had a heart condition, but since the parents wanted to keep the baby, they went ahead with the procedure.  The 28-year-old woman was admitted to the hospital with three previous pregnancy losses. With the hope to improve the condition of the baby, the mother underwent the procedure at the Cardiothoracic Sciences Centre, AIIMS. The team of interventional cardiologists and fetal medicine specialists performed a successful procedure. The team of doctors involved in the procedure said that both the mother and the unborn foetus are doing fine.  "The foetus and the mother are both doing well after the procedure. To decide on the visit's dates, both parties have been involved in diplomatic negotiations. According to sources, Modi may visit New York on 21 June, International Yoga Day, before travelling to the capital with Biden.   There are around 9 radars of DRDO. Radar stands for Radio Detection and Ranging is one of the important part of any Armed Forces in the world. LRDE (Electronics and Radar Development Organisation) is the laboratory which comes under Defence reasearch of Development Organisation which is responsible for developing radar systems for the Indian Armed Forces. We will discuss about 9 radar systems developed by LRDE/DRDO for the Indian Armed Forces. 1. INDRA-I (Indian Doppler Radar) Indra-I is a Tactical Surveillance Radar for Army for point and area defence or as gap filler for the air defence, especially against aircraft threat at very low altitudes. This was the first high power radar system for the Indian Army developed by DRDO, followed by Indra Pulse Compression (PC) version for the Indian Air Force, also known as the Indra-II, which is a low level radar to search and track low flying cruise missiles, helicopters and aircraft.
